Customer Support Specialist
You'll be the voice of LUNEA MODE for our customers.
You'll assist with sizing, orders, shipping, and product recommendations while providing every customer with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
This isn't a typical scripted customer service role. We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, has an interest in fashion, and wants to create memorable shopping experiences.
Previous experience is appreciated, but the right attitude matters most. We can teach you the rest.
Style & Content Assistant
You have a strong eye for aesthetics and know how to tell stories through fashion.
You understand what women are looking for and know how to present our collections in an inspiring way through photography, written content, and creative ideas.
If you share the values of LUNEA MODE and have a passion for timeless fashion, we'd love to meet you.
